Summer Golf Performance Program
The Biggest Performance Opportunity of the Year
If you could choose only one program all year—this is it.
Summer is where junior golfers separate.
Schedules open up.
Recovery improves.
Adaptation happens faster.
This program is designed to deliver the biggest visible performance gains—while keeping athletes healthy and confident heading into fall.
Why Summer Matters More Than Any Other Season
In Fort Worth and North Texas, junior golfers play nearly year-round. That makes summer the most valuable window to:
Build real strength

Improve durability
Prepare for fall high school and tournament play
What you build in summer shows up for the rest of the year.

What Summer Athletes Receive
8 Weeks of Structured Golf Performance Development
This isn’t a camp.
It’s a complete performance system designed to prepare junior golfers for fall competition and long-term success.
✅ Pre-Summer Performance Evaluation
TPI Level 1 Screen to identify movement limitations affecting the swing
Strength & power baseline testing (rotational power, lower-body strength, stability, speed metrics)
Athletes begin with clarity — not guesswork.
✅ Individualized Progression Plan
Each athlete follows a structured development pathway based on their assessment, training age, and growth phase.
Movement → Strength → Speed → Power
Nothing rushed. Nothing random.
✅ Small-Group Performance Pods
6-8 athletes per group
Grouped by readiness, not just age
High-level coaching and feedback every session

This protects joints and builds long-term gains.
✅ Mid-Summer Progress Check
We review strength, power, and speed trends to ensure continued progress.
No drifting. No guessing.
✅ Post-Summer Performance Report
At the end of 8 weeks, athletes receive:
